Always return used towels and slippers to their proper place. Cleanliness is EXTREMELY important to us!
Proceed to the locker area a few minutes before your massage time to avoid delays. After repeated calls with no response, your slot will automatically be cancelled without refund.

Avoid using strong pressure when handling the shower to prevent damage. Please use it gently.
Please avoid making a scene or showing bad behavior. Promoting other spas or services inside the premises is also strictly prohibited.
If the soap bottle is empty, do not remove it. Simply call the Locker Attendant to refill it.
For hygiene, we highly recommend washing before your massage and before using the hot and cold Onsen.
Used plastic cups must be thrown in the proper bins. Please help us keep the area neat.
We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items. Please secure all valuables and jewelry inside your locker.
